10 Healthy Tips

Sometimes the obvious requires some repetition. These tips were highlighted in my son’s newsletter well what’s good for the young ones must be good for us all.

Here’s to a healthier you in 2013.

  1. Drink plenty of water. (8 glasses a day)
  2. Keep stress to a minimum (relax).
  3. Eat a healthy diet (including veggies).
  4. Get outside – you still need Vitamin D.
  5. Exercise regularly (create a routine).
  6. Get the right amount of sleep every night.
  7. Wash your hands often.
  8. Try new activities with your family.
  9. Work out with a friend(s).
  10. Eat breakfast (oatmeal, fruits, yogurt etc.)
