Marriage is hard work.
Probably the most challenging and at the same time the most fulfilling human institution as well.
For the record, the seemingly increased failure doesn’t obscure the beauty and grand design of marriage rather it challenges us to question all assumptions, prepare adequately and work harder.
This new book is an ideal resource for those considering this noble institution, designed as a quick read, a ‘go-to’ browse-on-the-go resource on questions for singles, engaged and newly married couples.
The questions in the book cover critical components to consider before marriage such as the past, sex, communication, culture and money matters to mention a few.
Through personal experience and research on marital bliss, the author, Flo Falayi highlights the questions to ask during courtship and well into marriage. These questions help eliminate assumptions, address potential compatibility issues, reduce marital tensions, disappointments and eradicate regrets.

Thank you & God bless.
Many people will not self identify as RACIST but when you consider the increasing hateful and inciting sentiments that are made public via the different media outlets it simply makes one wonder why there is so much racism, ethnic based discrimination, xenophobia etc. in our society.
If only we can just appreciate that there is only one #Human Race! Anyway, I digress…
In relationships it is imperative to understand your innate tendencies and ensure the future couple (both of you) are on the same page (wave length).
So ask #Questions but please don’t ask leading questions such as “Are you racist rather ask about each other’s perceptions (viewpoints) about the different nationalities, tribes, and ethnic groups. The dialogue that follows will be extremely revealing. Trust me!

My new book, #127Questions is now available for pre-order. Regardless of the statistics and growing apathy towards marriage with ‘rising’ divorce rates and dissatisfaction scores, marriage remains one of the greatest institution ordained.
- It’s time to double check, revise and improve the preparation process.
- It’s time to enhance the conversations pre and post marriage.
- It’s time to address the imbalance of focus and emphasis placed on the wedding day versus the actual institution, marriage.
#127Questions highlights these critical issues by itemizing the proper questions singles contemplating and preparing for marriage should ask their future spouse.
Proper preparation does prevent poor performance and I am confident #127Questions will benefit the readers. Now available for pre-order on Amazon, get yours today & many thanks for your unending support and love.

The story of a first love gone astray…
“Our private jet landed on a California air strip and taxied over to a private terminal. With a few minutes to spare, we disembarked quickly and walked to the waiting limousine. The driver sped off and as I looked through the window as we approached the Hotel Pennsylvania, I could see that the signs were boldly written in red, the neon lights were colourful and bright, even at 7 pm in the evening.”
Download the free e-book for the rest of the story and hope it blesses everyone.
A special appreciation to the author for sharing this gift with the RDM Community.
God bless & please remember, Relationships Do Matter.
Culled from the preface of the new book, “Relationships Do Matter”
“…Long lasting relationships are created and sustained by wisdom, knowledge and understanding. I hope that this book, Relationships Do Matter, empowers all on their relationship journey. So here is to creating, fixing, repairing and restoring shaky foundations. We need honest conversations, prayerful interventions and adequate mentoring.
Relationships Do Matter, is the prescription to remedying this epidemic. It is a deliberate attempt to bridge the gaps, restoring foundations because if the foundation is destroyed, there is absolutely nothing a good person can do. Let’s keep talking…”
Released… today in honor of my ‘crazy’ best friend, my wife my relationship that really does matter.
